We're not just mindset either. Affirmations and vision boards feel good for about a day. Then life happens.
We're not another meditation app you'll ignore, another certification for your wall, or another guru asking you to check your critical thinking at the door.

Both started as performing musicians, found yoga, owned a studio, then realized people weren't really coming for the poses. They wanted what happened between the poses. Illumination Academy was the next logical step.
Is this going to be all "mindset" and affirmations?
No.
No.
Mindset work has its place, and we do it better than just about anyone. We both learned that the hard way, on stage, in front of live audiences and critical peers.
But if thinking positive thoughts solved everything, you'd already be running the business you actually want.
